A unique beer that lays claim to being one of, if not the best American sour beer of all time. Inspired by breweries in the Lambic region of Belgium, the beer is spontaneously fermented. This means no yeast is added and instead follows a process of fermentation that spans months. Once the beer has been brewed, it gets shifted to a cool-ship where it sits overnight, collecting yeast and bacteria that is present in the room. The next day, it is then transferred to oak wine barrels where it sits for months to wildly ferment.
The end result is a hand crafted beer that is wonderfully sour and absolutely one of a kind to taste. The beer comes available in 375ml corked and caged bottles at 6% ABV.
