Designed with the vision of bringing Mother Nature in tune with modern living, the Rock House was born. The Rock House is a 704-square foot home that offers just the right blend of modern, industrial style and natural beauty, providing its inhabitants a close relationship with nature while still being able to enjoy the fun and luxurious allure of modern living. The home has been integrated seamlessly into its natural surroundings and was even named for the sandstone that surrounds it, determining the nature of its design. Rock House was designed by renowned, award-winning architect James Cutler of the Cutler Anderson Architects. This company is known for its ability for bringing to life contemporary designs that effortlessly work with the landscape they are placed in, and the Rock House is no different.
Small yet comfortable and livable, the Rock House sits perfectly to expose those inside to the towering trees, clear, starry skies and a magnificent panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains. Bodies of water and lush, green fields are also within view of the home. A blend of wood, stone, metal and plenty of glass make up the angular Rock House that features a large, comfortable living space with glass windows spanning floor to ceiling all around the home. An open concept style, the kitchen is in the same space as the living area, making it a fun retreat where you can entertain. It has a full and a half bathroom.
